Mud Inventory Management System

The Mud Inventory Management system ( MIM ) is designed to provide near real time logistics of mud and other products between manufacturers, suppliers, customers, warehouses and drill or well sites virtually from any location in the world via highly secured internet communications .

Warehouse generated transactions automatically create tickets or waybills for and between all involved product owning parties with optional tickets, summarizing additional trucking and rental services.

MIM is fully compatible with all versions of Windows. It also functions in a MAC or Linux environment using Wine.

Real time warehouse and well sites product inventory status can be retrieved using some hand held devices, such as PDAs , Blackberries and Smartphones with WEB access.

Using screen colors as a third dimensional presentation aid, MIM offers the users the instant creation of:

1.      Delivery Tickets from Suppliers to well sites and Suppliers to Mud Companies, using pre-established preferred and secondary supplier rules. Basically what happens is the warehouse is called for a load, a pick list is created and at this point it is determined who the primary Mud Company will buy their non-stock products from. The pick list is then sent out to the forklift operator, he in turn can see where and who he should get the product from, he then signs or initials the pick list. It is then returned to the dispatch office for the completion of the ticket as well as all of the secondary tickets.

2.      Credit Tickets from well sites to warehouse, with built in auto tracking of well site delivered preferred and secondary supplier products. With this in mind, we now know who and where the products has to be returned, even if it was been delivered from a different warehouse.

3.      Transfer Tickets: When a product transfer is made at one warehouse to another warehouse on the MIM system, it is automatically received at the receiving warehouse where the numbers for the product are confirmed and then received. MIM automatically creates the transfer of products back to the wholesalers.

4.      Material Received Tickets are created manually when receiving from suppliers and automatically when receiving product from warehouses within the MIM system. They are also automatically created when the automatic buys and sells are created for Well site sales. They can also be turned off if they are not required for receiving products from wholesalers for product going to well site.

5.      Adjustment Tickets are used to adjust inventory.

6.      Inventory and products lookup display tables are generated in a minimum amount of time and supply you with what amount products are present and what is on return into inventory.

7.      Mud manufacturer plants production records auto calculated using optional predefined raw material recipe mixtures.

8.      Tank farm inventory fluid and density control.

9.      Integrated MSDS Sheets.

10.  Instant drill down product reports.

MIM instantly generates many customizable user secured reports at all levels, ready to print on the user's printer or to transfer to the user's workstation for further processing (e.g. accounting). All reports and tickets and can be transferred to the user's workstation in Text, PDF, Excel, HTML and other formats, offering the utmost integration possibilities.

One office can track the logistics of many warehouses in near real time, since all products movements are recorded at one location managing the MIM database with built in audit trails.

MIM has been operational since 2000 and is currently used by over 50 independent and related warehouses in Canada and the United States of America storing and shipping products from many suppliers.

Currently MIM is offered via a monthly subscription service.
